Xavier & Nancy's Hawaii Condo Rental

Recently remodeled 2nd floor one bedroom/one bath vacation rental on Alii Drive. New carpets, net kitchen, etc. Fantastic ocean view from living room and balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, coffee-maker, blender, etc.). Within easy walking distance to Kailua-Kona (under 2 miles).

The complex has two pools, one saltwater pool overlooking the ocean, and a fresh water pool in the middle of the complex. There is a tanning beach with chaise lounges also overlooking the ocean. There is a large Cabana area with tables and chairs for dining, and gas grills overlooking the ocean. A convenience store, beauty shop, florist and laundry facilities are located on site. An great open air marketplace is just down the street (clothes, fruit, crafts, etc).

Rental Rates:

$115/day, 11.4% tax & $70 cleaning fee.

We require a $200 deposit in order to hold the reservation, with the balance due 2 weeks before arrival. Check in 2:00 pm, check out 11:00 am (we can be flexible if we do not have another renter checking in or out on the same day).
