The condo, #135, is located on the ground floor and is directly adjacent to the sandy beach, both pools and the gas barbeques in the cabana. The unit is decorated with an Asian contemporary flair with mostly Teak wood throughout along with Asian artwork.
This condo, the largest one bedroom unit in the complex has been completely remolded and upgraded with Italian flooring throughout except in the carpeted living room and bedroom. The newly remodeled kitchen offers a soft contemporary ambiance with its unique blend of granite and slate. There is central air conditioning in the unit along with wood carved and tropical fans in the living room, bedroom and lanai to ensure a comfortable environment.
The view from the lanai and living room encompasses the southern coast of the Island with its crashing waves and majestic Hawaiian sunsets. As you overlook the spectacular salt water pool with its lava decking and tropical colors shimmering in the Sun's rays, you will feel the Hawaii of years gone by.
Late in the day, as the Sun starts to set, stroll out thru through the sandy beach and have a seat on the sea wall which perches above the ancient lava flow. With the tiki torches ablaze and the waves crashing along the shore, enjoy one of the most beautiful and tranquil sights as the Sun sets in the East, and perhaps even catch a glimpse of the famous Kona "Green Flash."
