Our condo is located in the Keauhou-Kona Surf and Racquet Club, an oceanfront complex , bordering the Kona Country Club Golf Course. This quiet complex is situated on sixteen beautifully landscaped acres and offers lighted tennis courts, a large swimming pool, volleyball and BBQ areas, and a walking path along the ocean. You are within walking distance to one of the best snorkeling spots in Hawaii, golf, boat harbor, and the Keauhou Shopping Center with a large supermarket, restaurants, shops and movie theater complex. We are about 5 miles south of the village of Kailua-Kona. The Alii Shuttle bus is available if you prefer not to drive. |
Enjoy Big Island activities such as snorkeling, visiting the volcano, beaches, whale watching, para-sailing, sportfishing, kayaking, scuba diving, boogie boarding, hiking, fine dining and more. Or you can just relax and settle into the island pace and enjoy the comforts of our spacious condo. Perfect for families or couples who enjoy spaciousness and quality surroundings.
| This beautiful golf course and ocean-view condo is situated on the third floor and has a very tropical feel. The condo overlooks the Kona Country Club Golf Course and has views of the blue Pacific beyond the golf course. Only steps away is the beautiful Kona coastline. Our spacious, two story condo offers soaring vaulted ceilings, newly remodeled kitchen and upscale furnishings. The unit is very open and airy and catches the refreshing trade breezes. We also have ceiling fans in several locations throughout the unit. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a loft bedroom upstairs. The master bedroom features dramatic high open beam ceilings and has a very comfortable king bed, mirrored closet doors and quality furnishings. The second bedroom on the main floor is set up as a media room with a queen sofa bed, TV, VCR, and stereo/CD player and offers views of the ocean and the lush green fairways. |
| Sliding Shoji doors open onto the living and dining rooms that are decorated in soft whites with tropical accents. Both rooms open onto a large furnished lanai and the beautiful view overlooking the golf course and ocean. The bedroom upstairs has two twin beds and a second color television. The unit comfortably sleeps 6. |  |

We spent a lot of time researching the Big Island before we purchased this very special condo, and take considerable care to insure everything is maintained in pristine condition for our guests to enjoy. Monthly rates negotiable, discounts for additional nights available Cleaning fee of $85 for up to 4 people, Larger parties up to 6 guests subject to additional fee. All rates subject to Hawaii State Tax of 11.42%. To reserve, a $200 security deposit is due within 10 days of reserving and is refunded to you within 14 days after departure less applicable cleaning fee. Rent payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. *(High season includes Ironman and Thanksgiving weeks) |
